We help build strength and resilience to promote longevity through evidence-based training plans and group classes. We incorporate targeted weight training with intelligent run planning to keep athletes performing at their peak. Every workout, every mile, and every small action adds up, fueling the continuous progress that defines momentum. We’re here to guide athletes on that journey, helping them develop lasting strength to run stronger and stay injury-free so that they can perform with confidence.

We’ve seen the same situation play out too many times. As an athlete navigating an injury, the standard physical therapy care just didn’t cut it. Meaningful weeks that should be spent building fitness are instead spent in waiting rooms and PT clinics doing simple band work.

At Momentum Performance, we know that your time is valuable. Our goal is to get you injury-free as quickly as possible while building strength to ensure that the injury stays away. We’re as passionate about injury prevention as we are about injury rehab.
