At Momentum Performance and Wellness, Kimmie hopes to build a community of individuals who share a love of running and overall health and wellness.

Dylan Parker

Social Media and Business Development Lead

Dylan knows firsthand the power of momentum in one’s athletic journey. Getting a small taste of running in high school, he joined the club team at Grand Valley State University. Showing up everyday and putting the work in, he started to improve little by little. Fast forward 6 years and he’s still on that journey, with the goal of qualifying for the marathon Olympic Trials in 2028.

Dylan believes that the power of community is vastly undervalued. He enjoys bringing people with shared passions together to foster a sense of belonging and a hive for inspiration. He aims to bring this feeling of community and empowerment to Momentum Performance and Wellness with everything he does.

James Gedrich

Run Programming Lead

James knows a thing or two about long distance training. Running competitively since the age of 10 and competing for the University of Michigan, he brings a myriad of run programming experience to Momentum Performance and Wellness. James believes running is for everyone. He loves working with athletes of every ability level. He doesn’t think being a great runner is just about talent; he thinks a great runner means working hard and enjoying the process of improving.

James has had the privilege of training alongside countless elite athletes over the years. His goal is to pass what he’s learned onto you, the client.
