Our group strength class meets every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm. The class incorporates exercises targeting the whole body via compound movements. These movements work to strengthen key muscles and reinforce movement patterns required for running. No previous lifting experience required - all levels are welcome.
About the class:
Offers a mix of lower body, upper body, core, and plyometric exercises
Exercises can be modified or advanced depending on individual skill level
Personalized feedback regarding form is provided during the class to ensure you are getting the most out of every exercise
